Chattanooga Christian Singles
Except for Holidays, Chattanooga
Christian Singles "CCS" meets every
Monday night at 6:00pm in Room #131 at First Centenary for
socializing and a program.
After the
meeting, we adjourn to an After Hours Location as
shown on the calendar for a meal (optional) and further socializing.
After Hours locations are selected each month during the
planning session. We attempt to rotate amongst various nearby
restaurants which have demonstrated good service, fair price,
and excellent food. Any suggestions are most appreciated .
In addition,
PCS sponsors Rook, Volleyball, Bridge, and Toastmasters at the
church itself beginning at 7:30pm on Mondays. All CCS'ers are
welcome to participate in these activties.
Our Monday
night programs are intended to meet the personal
and spiritual needs of our membership. As a
multi-denominational group some topics will be Christ-centered,
but we do not do a Bible study per se as our purpose is to
foster fellowship among all faith backgrounds. "Faith Lessons"
are done once per month and are a general Christian
education program, other programs include inspirational,
motivational, humor, self-help, and just plain fun. Examples of
